Activities of We decide Sitges that involve citizenship and that are developed in the phases of communication, diagnosis, contributions, decisions, results and evaluation of the proposals. These phases can be seen in each participatory process.

Contributions from users who, in some cases, can receive support from the same users. Some of them will have a decision-making function, and others will have a purely consultative role. Each process will have its own rules.
In some processes a space will be enabled for the contribution of the users to the thread of a proposal or debate and that they can receive a negative or positive evaluation.
The verification of residence does not work for me

I am not registered in Sitges: why can not I participate in the voting of the proposals?
Anyone can make proposals to the platform, but only people registered in Sitges can participate in the voting of the proposals, since it is about making decisions that will affect the municipality and the people who live there, and, therefore, the promoters of "This participatory process seems to us that they must make the final decision. It is true that there are people who are not registered in Sitges and who, despite everything, can be affected by these decisions, but the census is the largest census available to us, which allows us to reach as many people as possible and, At the same time, it guarantees that the participation process is safe.
What is checking my account for?
To use the platform you need a user account. Depending on the degree of verification you can do more or less things:
If you register with the email address and verify it, you can participate without giving any other information.
If after registering and doing the basic verification, you want to participate in the voting of proposals, you will need to verify the residence through the platform, informing your ID or identification document and your date of birth.
You can always take part in the contact point of the Citizen Service Office where you will be told and will give you support on how to do it.
Do I need a mobile phone or Internet access to participate?
No. All the actions related to the proposals, both to create, to support or to inform us, can be done in person at the point of attention of the Citizen Service Office. You can also create a completely verified user account, if you want to use the platform.
How do I create and verify my account?
First, create an account. Create and fill out the requested information. It is a requirement to check the acceptance box of the conditions of use. By creating a new account you will receive an email at the address you specified, and you will have to click on the link that contains (the link that says "Confirm My Account") to finish creating this account.
Once you have created the basic account, and then with your email and password, the system will give you the option to do a basic verification. To do so, click on the "My Account" link in the upper right-hand corner, and then click the Verify My Account button.
In those processes where it is necessary, it will also be required to enter the residence data, to verify that it is registered in Sitges (it is important to enter the document number with the letter and the date of birth, and check the acceptance box for accessing the register). If the data is correct, the account will allow you to support the proposals.
I forgot my password or does not work, what can I do?
You can request a new password to be sent to your email address. If the previous solution does not work, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, where they will help you to solve the problem associated with your account.
I can not create my account correctly
Review the section Does not work for the verification of residence, just in case the problem was in this step, which is the most frequent. If it has not been resolved, check the "How do I create and verify my account?" Section, to make sure that you are following the steps correctly. If the problem still stays, you can send an email to email@example.com, and you will receive assistance.
How can I change my email address, my name, password, unsubscribe or activate or deactivate the notifications that reach me in the email?
Click Enter, enter your email address and password, and press the Enter button. Once this is done, click My Account, where you will find all the options that will allow you to change your email address, name, password, unsubscribe or activate or deactivate notifications. Once you have made the right change, be sure to click the Save Changes button.
